For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, which will depend on the province the order is being shipped to. Since frankly, glasses and sunglasses is a Canadian company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery.
Shipping is free within Canada on orders over $250 before tax.
Shipping within Canada is a $10 flat rate on orders under $250.
Shipping within Canada takes 2-3 business days once glasses are ready.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.
To simplify this process, your order indicates your agreement to authorize frankly, glasses and sunglasses to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single noncommercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the following, as required by US Customs and Border Protection:
“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”
There are two shipping options when shipping to the United States.
- Canada Post is a $25 flat rate and will take approx 4-7 business days to deliver. Note during COVID this can take about 9-14 business days.
- DHL is a $50 flat rate and takes about 3-7 business days to deliver. Note during COVID this can take about 5-10 business cards.
- Any additional duty or import charges applied to your order from the carrier is the customer’s responsibility.
If you are shipping outside of Canada and the United States shipping will be calculated at check out.
Returns - Online Order
If your glasses don’t fit quite right or you have any other issues or concerns with your glasses, lenses or any other part of the item, please call or email us as soon as possible so we can best assist you. After assessing the situation we will work with you to determine the best possible solution.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order (sale items excluded) on all glasses and sunglasses purchased online. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange please call us at +1 833-733-8587 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line, along with your request, ex. Subject: Return Order #1234. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (Canada ONLY). If you are located outside of Canada, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please note there is a $25 restocking fee on every returned or exchanged item. Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected. All sale items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
