Returns - Online Order
If your glasses don’t fit quite right or you have any other issues or concerns with your glasses, lenses or any other part of the item, please call or email us as soon as possible so we can best assist you. After assessing the situation we will work with you to determine the best possible solution.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order (sale items excluded) on all glasses and sunglasses purchased online. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange please call us at +1 833-733-8587 or email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, along with your request, ex. Subject: Return Order #1234. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (Canada ONLY). If you are located outside of Canada, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please note there is a $25 restocking fee on every returned or exchanged item. Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected. All sale items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products.
