Shipping is free within Canada on orders over $250. For orders under $250 in Canada, shipping is $10. Shipping to the USA is free on orders over $400. For orders under $400, shipping is $25 for standard shipping and $50 for express to the USA. For shipping outside of Canada and the USA your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
All of our glasses are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. We also do our best to ensure your glasses are properly wrapped and packaged to ensure no damage occurs while in transit. If you notice any damage on your glasses when they arrive, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You can call our customer service team at +1 833-733-8587 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After 48 hours, we will assume the damage occurred from user wear.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order (sale items excluded) on all glasses and sunglasses purchased online. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange please call us at +1 833-733-8587 or email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, along with your request, ex. Subject: Return Order #1234. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (Canada ONLY). If you are located outside of Canada, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please note there is a $25 restocking fee on every returned or exchanged item. Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected. All sale items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products.
